Venturethree developed the new brand for the European
broadcaster, UPC, experimenting with various forms of the existing
UPC logo ‘bloom,’ which was being customised to suit the many diverse
personalities amongst its audience. Whilst I also worked on various
different guises of the bloom for the print campaign, I was also asked
to produce a mood film for the HD bloom, which would bring it to life.
With little more than a very tight deadline and a Photoshop image
of how the bloom should look, I set about recreating it in Cinema
4D before adding all particles in After Effects.
